Vray Grain, Bathroom

Hey i started working on this bathroom and i wanted a good render before i continue, but for some reason the renders seem to have loads of grain and iv'e tried loads of different types of settings with Vray 1.5 RC3 but it just aint helpin at all. MY Settings Are:
Default Lights Off
Adaptive QMC
Mitchell-Netravali
Vray GI - On, Irradiance Map/ Light Cache, Primary and Secondary Bounces on 0.8
Irradiance Map - High, Hsph. subdivs = 70
Light Cache =
Subdivs - 1200
Sample size - 0.006
Pre-filter - On , 1000
Caustics Off
Enviroment On, 0.3 Value
Refractions On 1.0 Value
Color Mapping - Type = Exponential,
1.8
1.0
1.0

I just dont know whats wrong.Any help would be appreciated.
