coming back to the attachments... when'll want to post something new after writing the post instead od clicking 'post quick reply' use the other one - 'go advanced'...
later on under the box where you type all the stuff in 'additional options' table... there should ba a button 'manage attachments'... click it...
then after writing the message and uploading 3 or less attachments just submit the reply... the first attachment will show up automatically as the default thumbnail next to you thred in the forum menu...
