ok no one told me how to post my final hi res picture but here it is (lo res version of the original )pfu i guess this is pretty much it

1 photo used 2 textures that i have made and hand drawing ( a lot of)
and here are 2 pics of my working flow for the infected humanoid (if you have a better name 4 him ok)
