Sorry, but my vote will go to cgsociety because :
1. I think that site has the most professional CG artist and works by them
2. Almost all the CG site can find the word 'CGTalk' or 'CGSociety', so I think its the most popular
3. The amount of active members are so many compared with 3dm3
I think thats all the reasons that I can think of at the moment.
