| well i'm a php fantic..perhaphs sometimes i use flash too...but too much flash is the demonstration of ignorance in web design. but your site is cool cuz it's minimalistic. i think a beginner has to make in this way the sites and slowly add tabs etc...perhaphs one each time, until the site has the aspect of a protal.
i think tha titalian .it german .de sites are the best.
american can't design and this is a fact.
the most fashonable templates now are the blog-like and the php integrated with flash.
