Okay, I'll go through it step by step :p

Go to the lights, and get a Skylight.

Go to the standard Render box, and go to Advanced Light. Turn on light tracer, and set the Rays/sample to about 50 (sort of fast, but quality can be good too. Turn this up more if you start getting weird JPEG type effects in your images)

Plus, put Bounces up to 1 or more depending. Do a few tests.

Then render.

I suggest you also right click any omni's you have in the scene and make them Specular only, and turn Diffuse off. Only downside of doing this, your scene goes pitch black until you render.

Wii:

I've given up really on rendering the Wii, I can't get the right effect at all from the material. Seems like a simple shape and that, but its harder than it looks.
