I am just made a car with help of a tutorial.
Now it is time to put some color on the car.
My question is:

If I put a blue color on the car the whole car turns blue and I want only a part blue (the Body) the tires have to turn "black" the exausth pipe has to be chrome etc. How do you assign al those little detail colors to the car. Is there a simple way a tut.?

My opinion now is I wanna use 10 different colors and i have to go arround the car and zoom in and out and drag and drop the different parts. is this right?
