lol i think any proc would overheat in that situation
just kidding....but yeah case fans would definitly help, and you may have a pretty bad CPU heatsink and fan. i have an AMD i have no problems with it whatsoever, but then since i'm a computer gamer i have 4 case fans lol, and it doesn't usually get too hot in georgia (USA)
