| Sounds like good advice to me. I have been using Max (4/5/6) for several years now and I'm still learning lots of stuff all the time. Books can be a great way to learn new things and get some hard evidence about what you want to know. I love to watch tutorials for inspiration and also just to see what/how other people are doing things. It's a great way to learn - and you gotta learn everything you can to be great at what you do. I know the road is long and twisty, but stick with it HELP, it's worth it. :D
