My goal for this ‘making of’ is to give an account of the work I did on ‘Monster Job Hunter’, a short film by Horseback Salad Entertainment. In this comedy/horror film, the main chraracter, Morgan Aquinaldo goes to a job interview that takes a turn for the worse.
The idea is basically a steam punk robot named P-N01 on emergency repair by a cute techy girl named Lucy. The naughtiness came when he went back online after being fixed.

Louie’s Bar & Grill is based on an actual building in the Universal Studios, FL theme park. Although it took about two months or so to complete, majority of the work was done in three weeks.
It is always tricky task for me because usually I don’t printscreen or record my process, except situations when client ask for that from start like ImagineFX or CGSociety challenges.
On this project I used maya for the base model, zbrush for details, Photoshop for texturing and matte painting, shave and haircut for the hair and mentalray for rendering.
After almost 5+ years of experience with mentalray it was a real pleasure trying something new. This was a project I started few years ago, but it never grew to more than initial sketch and simple scene blocking in 3D.

Psylocke from the X-Men.My first ever tutorial – some of you people requested, and so I decided to do it on the Psylocke image.

This project started with a simple idea. I wanted to model a water fountain with sunflowers growing on the inside instead of water.
The action will take place in the past. Caius could look like a Roman but it is not really one (his sword and his armour do not fit with the style). This character is the first of three main characters of a wedding which will gather: Caius – mother nature – a child.
This is my new model, it had been long under the old concept. I have called this work sprut, although it is more similar to the scat) but decided to leave the name as stuck from the very beginning.
